The Breakthrough Process

Stoplight Reporting

The third element of the Haffey Management System is Team Stoplight Reporting, which former CEO of Ford, Alan Mullaly*, described as “continuous improvement of strategy and execution”. Team Stoplight Reporting is where the system comes together to drive visibility, accountability, teamwork and results.
